COMMITTEE MEETING - TDU DIHATIKU : CHARITY EVENT WITH CHILDREN FROM TAHFIZ DARUL ULAMA (TDU)

19 May 2018, Selayang – In conjunction of Ramadhan Al Mubarak this year, a group of correspondence, honorary def., celebrity, and media (Mainly Wanita4U.FM) is collaborating with a charity homes namely TAHFIZ DARUL ULAMA (TDU) to organize an event called “Majlis Iftar Ramadhan - TDU DiHatiku”. This event is organized to introduce TDU to the general public and help promoting the activities organized here at these facilities – in hoping to aid the tahfiz in their daily expenses and also to support the education of these children.

The founder, Ustaz Haji Muhammad Adenan highlighted that currently the tahfiz is occupying approximately 100 students and they are planning to expand their facilities to help bringing in more students from all over the world – TDU also accept and hold international students. As for now, the tahfiz is funded through donations, zakat fidyah and wakaf from the public and private individuals. During this correspondence meeting held in Selayang, all the related parties are briefed on the context of this event and how the general public can help in making this event a success.

The program’s chairman, Tuan Haji Idris Ishak also quoted that this event will hold an open-fast session, terawikh session and meet & greet with all the students of this facilities. This simple (but yet) significant proves to be in favor as all the attendees agreed to abide to this concept. “We are here to celebrate the holy month of Ramadhan and to appreciate these wonderful children” said Chef Liza which also involved as the 2nd Chairman for this program.

“Majlis Iftar Ramadhan - TDU DiHatiku” will be organized this coming 02 June 2018 (Saturday) with the expected attendees of more than 200 pax – seats are still available for your kind donation as the organizers are selling the tables (and individual seats) from the price range of RM100 (per pax) & RM 1,000.00 (Per Table). The tickets are selling fast so please contact your local agents for the purchases.
