CHEF LIZA PRODUCTION - MALAYSIAN BOOK OF RECORDS HOLDER FOR THE LARGEST RENDANG COOKING

13 May 2018, Putrajaya - Chef Liza Production in conjunction with Kementerian Pembangunan Wanita, Keluarga Dan Masyarakat (KPWKM) has organized an attempt to set a mark in the Malaysian Book of Records for The Largest Rendang Cooking in Malaysia - more than 1 Tonne of Rendang with the help of over 200 cooks and chefs from various institutions and private facilities.

During the opening speech, KPWKM Chief Secretary, Dato' Suriani Binti Dato' Ahmad has expresses her excitement towards this attempt and how she hope that all of this effort been rewarded exclusively through the award from the records authority. Her words bound to be true as Chef Liza's production attempt has been deemed to be successful once the representative from The Malaysian Book of Records raised a green flag at the end of the rally and this sparks joy to all the participant and funders. Joining at the final rally of the attempt are Datuk Yatimah Binti Sarjiman, Chief Director of JPW and she also stated her commitment during this event by joining all the chefs in the "last cook" ceremony hosted by Chef Liza herself.

All the rendang cooked during this event will be donated to our line of defence personnel (Army, Police) and also the selected charity homes nearby.

During this attempt, there are also other events such as Pink Zumba which comprises of gathering a large numbers of participant for zumba activities and not forgetting Forums that talks about Women's Issues are also been held. Another attempt for the Malaysian Book of Records for the Largest Gathering for Make Up Artist & Special Effect Make Up Artist also been organised at the same vicinity. All of this events are held in conjunction of "Konvensyen Wanita Gemilang" which helm by KPWKM for their Women's Empowerment Campaign 2018.
